Workshops

Workshops are a pre-designed learning opportunity and as such are more traditional in nature and cover such diverse topics as Leadership, Change, Difficult Conversations, Managing Conflict or Presentation Skills. My workshops are fully interactive and get participants totally involved in the learning process: small and large group discussions, activities & exercises, opportunities to practice applying the concepts that are presented. Similarly to group coaching participant benefit form a “peer learning” experience . Workshops can be bespoke to your organisation or more general and will be advertised on LinkedIn and Facebook.
